How to Have a Tea Party

First of all, you need an adorable hostess.


Check to make sure you have plenty of tea in your teapot.


Always serve your guest first.


Ask him if the tea was to his liking, and if he would like more.


Thank him for coming and give him a big ole kiss.


"That Mr. Bear is a delighful guest. We should invite him to all our tea parties!"

Random - uh, Tuesday Moment

Oops, I missed Monday. But better late than never, right?

This is another one from Eureka Springs. This rock has been there as long as we've been going - about 15 years. It's in a little garden area, and I assume was placed there as a memorial to someone who passed away. It says "God's little miracles are everywhere around us." I think it is a nice reminder to take notice of and appreciate all those little miracles.

One Sleepy Baby

She wasn't really in the mood for photos, but we just carried on anyway.


Although she got pretty excited when she put on her Cardinals outfit.

Poor baby kept yawning and could barely keep her eyes open part of the time.


She must have been having sweet baby dreams. Or she was just happy that the crazy camera lady finally left her alone.

Random Monday Moment

Last month when my sister and I went to Eureka Springs for the Worldwide Photowalk, we took a different route than our usual. We stopped in Exeter, MO for a bite to eat at a yummy Mexican restaurant, strolled through a flea market (where I bought a very cool brass candleabra) and of course, I snapped a few pics. Our dad was a Standard Oil dealer for a big part of my childhood, so this old sign naturally reminded me of him. You don't find many of these anymore.

Great-grandbaby, that is. I was really tickled to get to spend some time and make some pictures with her and her mommy and daddy. She's growing so fast!
